Vaishno Devi Package from Mysore

Mysuru is a long way from Jammu, so for most families the yatra begins with a drive to Bengaluru airport, about three to four hours by road depending on traffic. From there, flights reach Jammu either direct or with a stop at Delhi. Mysuru's own airport has only a few flights, but we will check it too if the timings suit you.

After landing at Jammu, our driver takes you about 50 km to Katra. The flight package includes a same-day return helicopter to Sanjichhat, from where the Bhawan is a walk of roughly 3 km. Two nights in Katra give you time to rest after the long journey.

Mysuru's mild climate does not prepare you for a Himalayan winter. From November to February, mornings at the Bhawan can be close to freezing. Carry a warm jacket, cap and gloves, and keep a light raincoat for July and August.
