- Day 1 · Arrive in Jammu, drive to KatraOur driver meets you at Jammu Airport or Katra railway station. On the way, see the main sights of Jammu, then check in at your Katra hotel. Collect your Yatra RFID card and rest for the next day.
- Day 2 · Helicopter darshanAfter breakfast, drive to the Katra helipad. A short flight takes you to Sanjichhat, and from there it is about 3 km to the Bhawan on foot or by pony. After darshan, fly back to Katra the same day and spend the night at your hotel.
- Day 3 · Return journeyEnjoy breakfast, check out and get dropped at Jammu Airport or Katra railway station for your journey home, with Mata's blessings.

- A Yatra RFID card is required for every pilgrim
- Keep a printout of the helicopter ticket

- Weather can delay flights by 15–30 minutes
- Keep phones, cameras and bags at Counter No. 4 at Sanjichhat
- Same-day return passengers use Gate No. 5 for darshan

What does the Vaishno Devi helicopter package include?
Each package includes Katra–Sanjichhat helicopter seats with same-day return, hotel stay in Katra with breakfast, an AC private car for pick-up, drop and sightseeing, darshan assistance and all taxes.
Are flights or trains included in the helicopter package?
The package starts and ends at Jammu Airport or Katra railway station. Flights or train tickets from your city can be added on request at extra cost. See our package from Delhi with flights.
Is the helicopter seat confirmed when I book?
Helicopter seats depend on availability when booking opens on the 1st of every month. Book your package early and our team will try for your preferred date and time.
Is the helicopter package good for elderly parents?
Yes. The helicopter replaces most of the climb. From Sanjichhat it is about 3 km to the Bhawan, and ponies or palkis are available if walking is difficult.
What happens if the helicopter is cancelled due to weather?
Mountain weather can delay or cancel flights. If that happens, our team helps you continue the yatra by pony, palki or battery car. Helicopter refunds follow the operator's rules.
Is there a discount for groups?
