The Complete Kashmir Valley after Darshan
Once you have travelled to Jammu for Mata's darshan, Kashmir is only a day's drive away. This package uses that closeness well. You spend two nights in Katra for an unhurried yatra, then circle through the valley's most loved places before flying home from Srinagar.
Darshan is planned for your first two days. You can reach the Bhawan on foot along the 12–13 km path, or by pony, palki or helicopter if seats are available. Having two nights means you can climb in the evening, rest the next morning and be fresh for the drive north.
In Kashmir you stay two nights in Pahalgam for the Aru and Betaab valleys, one night in Gulmarg for the gondola and meadows, and two nights in Srinagar for a shikara on Dal Lake, the Mughal Gardens and a day trip to Sonamarg. The tour ends at Srinagar airport.

- Day 1 – Arrive Jammu, on to KatraPick-up at Jammu and drive about 50 km to Katra. Check in and, if you are fit, begin the climb to the Bhawan in the evening. Overnight in Katra.
- Day 2 – Vaishno Devi darshanComplete darshan early in the morning, visit Bhairon Nath if you wish, and rest at the hotel in the afternoon. Overnight in Katra.
- Day 3 – Katra to PahalgamA long drive of about 280 km, usually around 7 hours, into the Lidder valley. Evening walk by the river. Overnight in Pahalgam.
- Day 4 – Pahalgam sightseeingExplore the Aru and Betaab valleys, Chandanwari and Baisaran by local transport (paid locally). Overnight in Pahalgam.
- Day 5 – Pahalgam to GulmargDrive about 150 km to Gulmarg. Ride the gondola if you wish and enjoy the meadows or snow. Overnight in Gulmarg.
