Visiting Shiv Khori by Helicopter
Shiv Khori is a natural cave in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir, home to a self-formed Shiva lingam and many natural rock shapes that devotees see as gods and goddesses. By road it is a long day from Jammu or Katra, ending with a walk from the Ransoo base village.
The helicopter yatra shortens this considerably. After a short flight on the Shiv Khori route, you walk roughly 2 to 3 km to the cave for darshan and then fly back. The service listed on our earlier page was provided by Deccan Charters. Flight schedules, the departure helipad and operating days are confirmed when you book.
Our package wraps the flight with an AC car from Jammu, an overnight stay in an AC deluxe hotel near Ransoo on twin sharing, transfers to the helipad and help with darshan arrangements.
