Jaipur to Vaishno Devi, the Easy Way
Rajasthan has a deep bond with Mata Vaishno Devi, and every year many Jaipur families travel north together, often three generations at once. Our Jaipur package is built for exactly that kind of group: comfortable travel, a clean hotel close to the Katra market, and a darshan day planned around the slowest walker.
The budget choice is the train. Jaipur has trains towards Jammu Tawi, and some routes continue to Katra; it is usually a long overnight journey. We book 3AC tickets at the actual fare and meet you at the station with an AC car.
If your family is short on time, fly to Jammu instead. Our flight plan includes the helicopter to Sanjichhat, so the whole yatra fits into three days and the climb becomes a short walk.

- Day 1 · Leave JaipurBoard your train from Jaipur. Carry home-cooked food for the journey and warm clothes for the north.
- Day 2 · Arrive and settleArrive at Jammu Tawi or Katra. Our driver meets you and takes you to the Katra hotel. Rest, collect your Yatra RFID card and walk through the evening market. Dinner and overnight.
- Day 3 · Darshan dayEarly start from Banganga on foot, by pony or palki, via Charan Paduka and Ardhkuwari to the Bhawan. Visit Bhairon Nath temple by ropeway. Back to the hotel for dinner.
- Day 4 · Rest and returnEasy breakfast and shopping for prasad and dry fruits. Transfer to the station for your train home.
