Vaishno Devi Package from Mumbai

Mumbai has a large community of Mata Vaishno Devi devotees, and the yatra is a family tradition for many. The city has direct trains toward Jammu Tawi and Katra, but the journey is long, well over a day each way. That suits families with time who like the comfort of a long train ride together.

If your leave is short, flying is the better plan.
